Restaurant P&L is a local-first, offline bookkeeping app for small restaurants. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any of your data. Everything you enter stays on your device.
Nothing. The app has no account, no sign-in, and no user profile. We do not collect personal information, usage analytics, advertising identifiers, or any other data.
All records you enter — sales, tips, goods/costs, employees, monthly summaries, bank-statement CSV imports, and generated statements — are stored only on your device, in the app's local database (IndexedDB). They never leave your device and are never sent to us or to any third party.
The app makes no network requests. It works entirely offline. Bank CSV files you import are parsed on-device and are never uploaded anywhere.
We use no analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. There are no third-party services beyond Apple's own frameworks. We do not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) and do not track you across apps or websites.
Because your data is stored on the device, it may be included in your own iCloud or computer backups under your control, the same as other app data. That backup is between you and Apple — we have no access to it.
The app is a general-purpose business tool and is not directed at children. It collects no data from anyone, including children.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.
